GatorFoam
GatorFoam is a stronger foam board option with reinforced faces for a more durable, rigid display surface. It is lightweight, resists denting better than standard foamcore, and works well for museum displays, presentations, gallery graphics, and premium indoor signage.
Printed adhesive vinyl is mounted to the GatorFoam faces for crisp full-color graphics. Choose from white or black material options and 3/16 in or 1/2 in thicknesses depending on the look and rigidity needed.

File Setup
- Accepted file formats: PDF or JPEG, single page only
- Use CMYK color when possible
- Recommended raster resolution: 150 dpi at final size
- Build artwork at the ordered size when possible
- Keep important text and logos at least 0.25 in from the finished edge
- Do not include crop marks or bleeds unless requested
- Convert live fonts to outlines before submitting print-ready files
- Convert Pantone or spot colors to CMYK for production

- GatorFoam is for indoor use only.
- Choose 1/2 in material for a thicker, more substantial display panel.
- Double-sided artwork should be supplied as separate front and back files unless otherwise specified.
