Foam board signs are lightweight indoor display boards with bright white faces and a foamcore center. They work well for presentations, easel displays, event boards, frame inserts, school projects, office graphics, and wall-mounted indoor signs.

The 3/16 in board is direct UV printed in full color for a clean rigid presentation surface. Foam board is delicate compared with heavier rigid materials and should be used indoors only.

File Setup

• Accepted file formats: PDF or JPEG, single page only
• Use CMYK color when possible
• Recommended raster resolution: 150 dpi at final size
• Build artwork at the ordered size when possible
• Keep important text and logos at least 0.25 in from the finished edge
• Do not include crop marks or bleeds unless requested
• Convert live fonts to outlines before submitting print-ready files
• Convert Pantone or spot colors to CMYK for production

• Foam board is best for indoor use and careful handling.
• Use GatorFoam when you need a stronger, more dent-resistant foam board option.
• Double-sided artwork should be supplied as separate front and back files unless otherwise specified.
