High performance adhesive vinyl uses a 3 mil calendered PVC film with a pressure-sensitive adhesive made for easier installation and longer-term flat applications. The gray air-egress backing helps reduce bubbles during installation.

Use this material when you need a more forgiving adhesive vinyl for smooth surfaces, longer display periods, and clean full-color outdoor graphics.

File Setup

• Accepted file formats: PDF or JPEG, single page only
• Use CMYK color when possible

• Do not include crop marks or bleeds unless requested
• Convert live fonts to outlines before submitting print-ready files
• Convert Pantone or spot colors to CMYK for production
