Coroplast signs are lightweight corrugated plastic signs for outdoor yard signs, real estate signs, parking signs, election signs, graduation signs, and fence signage. The 4 mm white corrugated plastic is direct UV printed for durable full-color graphics.

Order custom sizes with single- or double-sided printing, optional grommets, or wire H-stakes depending on how the signs will be installed.

File Setup

• Accepted file formats: PDF or JPEG, single page only
• Use CMYK color when possible
• Recommended raster resolution: 150 dpi at final size
• Build artwork at the ordered size when possible
• Keep important text and logos at least 0.25 in from the finished edge
• Do not include crop marks or bleeds unless requested
• Convert live fonts to outlines before submitting print-ready files
• Convert Pantone or spot colors to CMYK for production

Production Notes

• Double-sided artwork should be supplied as two separate files unless a template says otherwise.
• Large sizes may require pickup or special handling depending on the final dimensions.
• Flute direction can affect stake compatibility and display orientation.
