Aluminum sandwich board is a durable aluminum composite panel made from corrosion-resistant aluminum faces bonded to a polyethylene core. It is a strong choice for long-term outdoor signage, indoor displays, wall-mounted signs, real estate signs, and fence signage.

The 1/8 in composite panel is lighter than solid aluminum while still offering a clean, rigid display surface. Graphics are direct UV printed and UV coated for a glossy, scratch-resistant finish.

File Setup

• Accepted file formats: PDF or JPEG, single page only
• Use CMYK color when possible

• Build artwork at the ordered size when possible

• Do not include crop marks or bleeds unless requested
• Convert live fonts to outlines before submitting print-ready files
• Convert Pantone or spot colors to CMYK for production

Production Notes

• Choose punched holes when the sign will be mounted with screws, hooks, or hardware.
