Banner Printing FAQ – Sizing, Files, Turnaround

Questions we get all the time — and answers that’ll save you a call.

How fast can you print my banner?

Our standard turnaround is 2–4 business days once the file is approved. But if you need it faster, we offer same-day or next-day rush banner printing for an added fee — just give us a call to confirm availability.

What sizes can you print?

We print banners as small as 2′×3′ and as large as 8′×30′ in one piece — and even bigger with paneling. Need something custom? No problem. You can choose your size here or contact us for oversized or unusual dimensions.

What kind of banner materials do you offer?

Most customers go with our standard 13 oz. matte vinyl. But we also carry:

• 15 oz. smooth blockout (for double-sided banners)
• Mesh (great for fences and wind exposure)
• Rigid signs (like Coroplast and PVC — see Exterior Signs)

What file type should I send?

We recommend a high-resolution PDF with all fonts outlined and colors in CMYK. We also accept:

• AI, EPS, or SVG (vector preferred)
• JPG or PNG at full scale, 150 DPI minimum

Need help prepping your file? No sweat — we’ll review every file before printing and flag anything that might be an issue.

Can I see a proof before you print?

Yes — we always send a digital proof for approval unless you request a reprint of a previous job. Your order won’t go to press until you give us the thumbs up.

Do you offer installation too?

We do. If you need help hanging your banner, just let us know during the quote or order process. Learn more about our banner installation services.

Most local customers choose in-store pickup — and we’ll let you know when it’s ready.

Can you help with the design?

Yep. We offer light layout and design help, especially for things like event banners, real estate signage, and sale promos. If you need something built from scratch, we can quote it out as part of the job.

Do you have quantity discounts?

We do. If you're printing multiple banners at once (same or different designs), we can usually cut down the cost per unit. Just request a custom quote and tell us what you're working on.
