At 760 Print, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Times
All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Standard production times vary depending on the product:
• Custom Print Orders: 3-7 business days
• In-Stock Items (Apparel, Accessories, etc.): 1-2 business days
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready to ship or for pickup.
Note: Production times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following options at checkout:
• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after production
• Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days after production
• Local Delivery: Available for select areas in San Diego County
• In-Store Pickup: Free from our Vista, CA location
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

Local Delivery
For businesses and residents within our service area, we offer local delivery on qualifying orders. Delivery availability and fees (if any) will be confirmed after your order is placed.
Shipping Restrictions
• We currently ship within the continental United States.
• Large format items (e.g., banners, signs) may have special shipping requirements or be limited to local delivery/pickup.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
Once an order leaves our facility, transit times are the responsibility of the carrier. If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged:
1. Notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
2. Retain all packaging for claims.
3. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
